ELEMENTS is a software solutions company specializing in post-production, media content management, and archiving for television and film productions worldwide. Additionally, we offer high-end storage solutions for media files as part of our product and service portfolio. This means our clients can utilize our software tools for organizing and managing media content in combination with our storage solutions, streamlining access and searching for a large number of files in one place. Some of our clients include television networks like RTL, Rai, Sky, FOX, RTV, WDR, and production companies like RedBull, South Park Studios, Netflix, Vice, and Banijay.

Currently, we are seeking a Linux System Engineer to join our team. The position involves advanced troubleshooting of ELEMENTS storage systems while liaising with technical and responsible personnel at our clients' organizations.


Responsibilities:

  • Advanced troubleshooting of ELEMENTS storage systems.
  • Collaborating with technical and responsible personnel at client organizations.

Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of Linux, ideally CentOS.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Willingness to learn and work independently.

Preferable:

  • Experience in storage systems.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting SAN and NAS systems and related components, such as switches, disk arrays, and LTO.
